Just finished my latest pin up gal.  It's an homage to a great bar in SF.  Perfect place for people watching, hiding out in the fog and sipping perfect Irish coffees!  The lower image is a close up of the bueaty.

Super coolio! I tweeted Kat Von D and she graciously took a moment to get back to me.  That woman is so rad!  Busy, tired, and swamped with all sorts of madness, yet she took a moment for the likes of me.  Made my noche fo sho!

So far I've got the under painting done and I'm about a third of the way through the basic composition...have a look see

So at the end of summer I decided to cheese out and enter a contest offered up by Ando and Friends...well, I got totally snubbed.  Didn't even make the top 35! What the foshiz?! Three cheers for wanking.  Here's a shot of my entry.

This is another one I'm working on at the moment.  Not 100% sure of how it'll end up looking, but am thinking about a shmorgishborg of surfers punting.  More to come with this one... 

Here's and image I need to finish up. It'll be the next of the pin-ups and happens to be an ode to one of my favorite watering holes in SF, the Buena Vista Cafe.  When it's done, I'll add it to the mix.
